Payment and dispatch

The following terms and conditions apply:

Shipping destinations

Delivery is made to Germany and the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Ireland, Greece, Spain, France, Croatia, Italy, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Hungary, Malta, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Finland, Sweden, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United States.

Shipping to German and foreign islands is excluded.

Dispatch costs

All prices include legally applicable VAT.

Deliveries to Austria

We charge shipping costs based on the order value (gross product value):

• Order value under €49: €9.00
• Orders of €49.00 or more: free delivery

Deliveries to other countries

We charge international shipping costs based on the order value (gross product value):

• Order value under $115.83: $17.55
• Orders of $115.83 or more: free delivery

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the offer, delivery within Germany takes 1–3 working days. Deliveries to other EU countries take 3–5 working days from conclusion of the contract (or, if advance payment is agreed, from the date of the payment instruction).

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.

If you order items with different delivery dates, we send them together in one delivery unless another arrangement has been agreed. The delivery date for the complete order will be the date of the item with the longest delivery time.
