Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping destinations and charges
Available shipping destinations and exact shipping charges are shown at checkout. Delivery to some remote areas may be unavailable. Customers outside the European Union are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges that may apply.

Estimated delivery times
Austria: approximately 1 to 3 working days after dispatch.
Eligible international destinations: approximately 3 to 5 working days after dispatch.

If an order contains items with different delivery times, we normally ship the order together based on the item with the longest stated delivery time.

Tracking and addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. When tracking is available, it will be included in your shipping confirmation email.
